Re: HIMR*fan #4311
Hello, welcome, and thank you from us all here on himr ih board for your kind words. As for the class c shares the companies standpoint was that they were blindsided by this shareholder. We aren't sure if the shareholder requested their class c shares to be converted sometime ago or right before they started to drop them into the market. We were under the impression that it was lonnie hayward since he had close to the amount of shares given to him sometime ago but since this was our speculation on the matter we decided to look up his number and contact him. Junebug and kgem spoke to him and he said its not him along with other comments listed on an earlier post. As for the blank check, I guess it depends on the details and the shareholder but Lonnie's when given class b shares sometime ago his converted equivalence to common shares was stated in an older filing as around 1.2 bill. Common shares which coincidentally added to the previous os of 4.1 bill. Would put the os to where it is now at 5.3 bill. One contact told someone here that its a hostile ex partner or employee from the past that is converting so we are not sure exactly who it is. I believe with conformation this morning, if the ask is still around 4 mill. Shares and we see a move up off no bid or .0001/.0001 then the class c shareholder may be done imo. Others here will be able to elaborate more on this for you I'm sure. Sorry so long but ipad posts everything on my post cramed together for some reason as opposed to split in sections.
