Just so you know.....
Future deals, TECO % will be considerably higher.
I have urged Home office to unwind the royalty % deals and that seems to be taking place.
Capital is starting to flow. Belize operations continue untethered. Expectations are high but we should remain cautiously optimistic. Completion is on deck.
