Like many things in this case doesnt make sense-ct already entered entry of default or whatever against Geo et al Dec 21-courts dont reverse what they have already ruled except for fraud or new evidence not available prior.
To our knowledge defendants were served Sept 2012 and chose not to appear all this time-so why appear now and try to reverse what has already happened?
except as a harrassing/delaying tactic?- hoping to get a judgment against CWRN in Texas FIRST and then skip the country before a huge judgment against Geo in Calif ?
