Hey Gumshoe, I prefer "strategy"....... Before making a full assessment, the whole entire process has to unravel first on MM's and other groups out there who are FOR or AGAINST the company EPGL.
How long that can be who knows, I have time, others may not.
Element of surprise, less to no noise, the wiser choice.
Only until we near NASDAQ or NYSE then the war begins...
