I assumed it was some kind of an agreement like that.... Where they are in the same lab, and could possibly assist each other, but with different research goals, each of them seeking two different end products. It seems as though Min is working on the gene silencing tech, and Ichim the hemaxellerate (as a focus), but also in coordination with eachother.
