That's what the current L2 shows i.e. 1.5mm shares. I guarantee that there are hedgies out there that will come in with another 1/4 to 1/2 million shares to keep it down on the ride to a nickel. Don't I wish the L2 charts were that static but they are as dynamic as a hurricane. If TECO had 8mm-12mm volume trading days with a majority of buyers then I think we would stifle the hedgies into submission and break through. In the meantime it's like watching a turtle cross the road albeit they are finally delivering oil.
