maybe its because their recent equipment claims contradict their own complaint-e.g never claimed ownership of crusher etc in complaint and didnt ask for its retrieval-yet recent motions we saw did -its all a game by ambulance chasers to confuse the court and wear out their opponents-perhaps knowing their liability and that they have finally been caught perhaps they are fulfilling: "the best defense is a good offense" although they apparently never showed in the Ca case filed Sept 5 2012 until their inappropriate exparte motion June 7- the very day a Ca hearing was scheduled (and had been for months -another reason Geos June7 ex parte motion was inappropriate-and continued to June11 and 13 no doubt to allow a 2 party discussion in court) perhaps to levy judgment against Geo et al

CWRN's complaint was much more involved and evidence based and finally revealed why the shipping had been stop and go--CWRN's  jv partner allegedly withholding and commingling receipts-which is why CWRN hadnt been able to file financials and uplist

it appears to be a game to hurt CWRN as much as possible and prevent CWRN/KMG from filing financials-we dont know what courts progress re giving CWRN financials that CWRN/KMG can file w the sec are- or what BOB/Brads agreement re these things are or how much KMG financials depend on these things

all imo and based on my experience w similar operators as part of my 1st amendment free speech rights

for most investors I would say dont get too caught up in the process of the legal games- it will just frustrate u trying to understand at best a befuddled legal process-

just note they are being brought to a resolution just as the politically motivated other actions were concluded

and if ANY justice is done CWRN/KMG should come out the net winners

thus, for most non-legal minds its best just to focus on operations and dd re the new controlling interests in advance of the prospectus,financials and sec reg statement-which if  PR timing is correct,should start coming in a few weeks,plus list of officers due 6-30
