Re the TA - we discussed this just a day or two ago. Steve addressed it himself. The bashing would only increase if the TA was ungagged. If people found out about the 135M shares for Punch before the PR would be able to be released, can you imagine what the tot clowns would do with that? Its better for everyone to be in the dark until the company has the chance to release the infos themselves.
Obviously this predicates a certain amount of trust in the CEO and the company. If you cannot get yourself to trust a penny company or CEO, you are in trouble. Steve wont ungag because hes smart enough to know that the alternative is much worse. If that sounds like a bogus reason to people, it might be better to start looking for an exit point. That wont change, no matter how much people bug Steve about it.
We will get the Qs in a few weeks, thats good enough for most of us here.
