PLEASE, Where I will respect you for your opinion, I will respectfully ask you to post a highlighted copy of the exact form you are speaking of.  Don't just shoot a web address to over 50+ filed forms, some of which go back to when the company structure was much different then today.

I have done my DD and where you feel that you must warn the community of such "sleezy operator", then you will have to offer up a more convincing argument for this, not just posting the coverall address!!

When I see this, then maybe we can have a serious conversation as to where this stock is going!!
