Jack probably has a PhD in psychiatry (granted, most likey with a revoked license) and knows that his touting BMSN will cause a flurry of people to go "Oh, snap! Jack is buying BMSN now...he must know something. I am jumping on that bus". Then he will dump them all at once when he makes a few grand.
