I mean, IMO the TA is gagged because I think the OS has increased.  I could be totally wrong, but I think that is the case.  Reading the 8K and reading that Punch was purchased for 135M restricted shares I am comfortable.  There are many speculators who won't touch something below the QX.  I realize I am lucky to have patient money here, believe me, but big wallets ain't scaring me out before next year.  The IMPROVEMENT (not necessarily increase) of the investor base we will find by up listing to OTCQX keeps me from trading this stock and hurting the price or other longs.  Looking into the future, Steve will be able to expand the company through revenues instead of increasing the outstanding shares and I plan on sticking around for that stage of the game.  I could be totally wrong..  it hurts to watch a stock bring your position down 30-40K in a week but my shares are patient until convinced otherwise.  An increase in OS ain't gonna do it in this stage of the game.
