presumably at Ningpo destination where Bao has a plant/sub but Bao is a huge co w various plants and madflight reports:
"RIZHAO = Shandong Province based Rizhao Baoxin Mining Resources Co a subsidiaries of Shanghai based Baoshan Iron and Steel Co Ltd (Baosteel )."
so CWRN product could've been offloaded at Ningpo AND Rizhao
