I'm not under any duress but I'm TECO bi-polar. I'm just focking pissed at the bullchit and what's been allowed to happen. Do you think this BK came about because TECO management did it's job? You just answered the reason for the BK yourself i.e. "shareholders under duress". Why are these claimants under duress? What provoked them and why didn't they stay long or continue to buy versus taking this course of action? Why should longs suffer for it? It is what it is and I'm forced to play along with my restricted shares. Some mature this month and I don't want to sell but if I came upon hard times and needed the money then I couldn't register them if I wanted to due to the late filings. I continue to support the company and have proven my buys and longetivity which gives me the right to voice my anger and voice what should and shouldn't happen. I'm not going to bash and I'm not going to cheerlead on a daily basis. I'm going to say it like it is and let the company prove themselves once and for all if they can. Once I see improvement in the form of "OFFICIAL" reports and filings then I will shut the fock up and smile if the news is good. I would really like to pick up a tool and come to Texas and help out and be more proactive but then I wouldn't be able to afford more shares. You see; that is called TECO bi-polar!
