What you are seeing dan is the damages by the petitioners .  Loss of Liquidity. Sellers coming in as to the uncertainty of the outcome.

You will continue to see these damages until the Judge Rules. Federal Judges almost never rule at the hearing. This is where the staff comes in and supporting documentation for the ruling has to be added and entered into the case.

The Ruling may be in by Friday or could take longer.
