It took TECO how many months or possbly over a year to complete and screw up SJ no. 2? I remember incorrect cement being used and then in the end I think I heard the so-called correct cement collapsed and the well would have required a re-drill and/or complete workover. My point is that regardless of whether it was lunch hours or holidays or weekends or whatever; Belize Oil had ample time to shoot photos of nobody and I mean nobody at the SJ no. 2 drill site due to "the snails". I can only imagine how much downtime the SJ no. 2 drilling process had as compared to a drilling team actually onsite drilling, cementing, or whatever. Months and months of delays and screw ups so in hindsight maybe Belize Oil had some points. Regardless of US drilling by TNC or some offshore 3rd party drilling team; qty 2 wells took TNC two months versus a broken SJ no. 2 well that took almost a year if not over a year from start to finish.
