I'm pretty new to this stuff so I like hearing peo

I'm pretty new to this stuff so I like hearing people's more experienced opinions.  I'm pretty excited about the future of GTGP.  I understand that its just an idea, but if GTHI were to buy them out, what would you expect to happen to us as GTGP Shareholders?  Would we just get paid out at some price per share? or end up with some number of GTHI shares or what?  Just new to this game..thanks for any help you guys
