I tried zooming in and can't ID that ship with the cranes.  Van Star was in another pic, and the loading into the trucks was evident.  Not clear if that container vessel reads Smolensk or not.  Don't scrap piles at a distance look like ore sometimes?  Sorry, just realizing I'm replying to your other post, but you got my gist.  If it's ore, whose is it?  Ours?
