I agree Sleepy17.  Being current filings is impor

I agree Sleepy17.  Being current filings is important but as most longs know;  the outdated filings will show little progress.  We need 2013 Q2 and more importantly Q3 filings and at the rate TECO moves;  we won't seem them until 2014. Hence my lack of patience for their snails pace.
