You might find them on a lot of Harley-Davidsons.  Those guys have tassels hanging from their handle bars just like little kids bikes so they probably have cards in their spokes for additional noise to draw more attention and that is the main reason for riding a HD, isn't it?  You also have to sign something, I think, when you buy a HD that says from now on you will only wear clothes that have their logo on it, get a gut and a doo rag, tattoos, and a fat ol momma to ride on the back.

I ride a BMW cruiser so I love to give a lot of gas to HD riders.  I will admit, the V rod is a very nice bike.
