come july 31 ,2013 we will see  audited financial

come july 31 ,2013 we will see  audited financials . they will show that we are profitable and running in the black not the red . I would think at this point and time it is a good time to get in here while the pps is down once we see audited financials this will go up . the financials are the reason the pps is down because we have not received any in a while . they are making good on this by putting up all past q and k that are missing along with the 10k for 2012 . the 2012 fiscal year ends on june 30 2013. this will be good for us.  this is my opinion of course. everybody should do there own dd on this matter.
