Looks as if the idiot liehub bashers are
getting concerned that KMAG will come back !!

I have one of the KMAG cult pumpers trying to sell the idea the stock is "special" because the CEO has issued 3 quarterly (non-reporting non-10Q) financial reports showing positive revenue. Not only that but it's 10 months post suspension, and the SEC hasn't taken further action! As in big whoop. There follows the implied leap of faith, KMAG is unique, and will return.
The KMAG cult has started with the idea since the CEO was submitting reports to the OTC post suspension (except the last one submitted only to the company website), that means there is nothing wrong with the numbers being reported. Then another leap of faith - the SEC suspension was entirely due to what was in the financial reports. Therefore, since there is nothing wrong with the current financial reports (unaudited), that means the SEC was wrong for having suspended the stock. Thus, KMAG is unique and will return.
Outside of spending the next 6 weeks going through the history of 1000+ suspended microcaps, which I don't have the time for, what I need is the following information:
Does anyone recall a suspended microcap example in the 1000+, where they continued at least 3 quarters to issue financial reports to the OTC group, showing positive revenue, and then had SEC litigation filed against the CEO upwards of 2 yrs later? Extra juicy would be if the financials were audited, and one had the reports in the form of a 10Q. Along with the SEC nailing the CEO for some stock issuance game, long after 10 months. Cult herd hope keeps trying to find a new sprout to nibble on.
