Which makes you wonder?

Those posting false and misleading information on iHub, regardless of what proof is provided to dispute their claims, are leaving a significant electronic paper trail. To ignore the facts and continue to post redirectional and misinformation is loosely building a case for intent to defraud investors.

on another note...No doubt janice shell was scared off the FFGO board on iHUb.

But why? And by whom? Is janice now posting under another alias on FFGO? Some allege puppydotcom and janice shell are one in the same. Not sure about that. What I am sure about is that Mina Mar was successful in suing iHub and getting the IP addresses of a number of individuals posting false and misleading information. Although, to the best of my knowledge, and to this day, iHub has yet to turn over the IP addresses of janice shell, and a few other aliases on iHub. Again, likely many of the aliases are multiple aliases of only a few individuals. But why the lack of disclosure per the court ruling?

Explain how a court order is not followed?

There is no information on Janice Shell, an alleged Art Historian, prior to the invention of the online message blogs. Not only is the anonymous alias allegedly made up, so is the persona behind the alias. Janice Shell is rumored to be, and has been documented by a number of individuals, to be a male, or a female with a very very deep voice.

Make sure you keep any and all correspondence with admins for future reference.

If a post of yours is deleted, ask why. If it is not a clear violation of the TOS, as for an explanation. If you notice someone else violate this *fluid and liquid* TOS, in the same manner for which your post(s) was/were deleted, ask for it to be deleted also. If it is not, question why it wasn't, and cite what you were told from admin. If nothing is done to remove the other post, make sure you document it, and who you communicated with.

You will quickly come to the same conclusion many have. There are a couple of three admins on iHub who appear to be fair, and unbiased. Then there are a couple who you will consistently find being unfair, biased, and most active when a number of specific paid bashers and distorters' posts are called into question.

The TOS has continued to evolve over time. As posters and investors have learned how to post, without violating the TOS, the site admins have created a *grey* area where deletions are subjective. It is here in this grey area that thorough documentation is advised and recommended.

No doubt the trolls on iHub read this board and are reading this post. No doubt they are well aware that their actions over the past 10 plus years fall into the category of cyber stalking of shareholders, investors, and corporate officers; and invasion of privacy of countless individuals.

Even with the best firewalls and security software, those connected with the short and distort groups on iHub are able to get into, and onto subscribers computers and mobile devices. It has been pointed out that they have been able to crack military level encryption software, so like you said, these clowns are not messing around.

The make billions of dollars off of OTC investors every year. Far more than they make on the major exchanges. That is a FACT!

They buried FFGO with billions and billions of counterfeit electronic markers.

They even utilized their relationship with collaborating parties on CNBC. For weeks FFGO symbol went across the screen. When CNBC was asked why an OTC market security was going across the screen as if it were a NASDQ listed security, no one was able to answer the inquiries.

The current efforts on the FFGO iHub board by the remaining manipulators have purpose.

The purpose is to get shareholders to take 100% write-offs, so the parties responsible for the counterfeit electronic markers could take their risk off the table, and pocket the proceeds they have illegally been able to capitalize on.

While they are doing this, they are possibly violating IRS and US Treasury rules and regulations. Tax evasion in a way, for simplicity sake.

If the illegal proceeds are going off-shore, where there are no taxes being paid, at the expense of those taking 100% losses (getting refunds from the US Treasury and the US taxpayer) their activity on the message boards may be of interest to the IRS and US Treasury, vs the FBI, DHS, SEC, FINRA, DOJ, etc.

No doubt the puppy's the alien's and the rest of the anonymous multiple alias individuals will scoff at this post. Too bad their nonsense is not allowed here, where their IP addresses can be traced.

Many are leaving iHub as a result of the lack of value the countless paid bashers bring to the experience. Matters not to the site owners and the basher crews. Those causing them conflict and grief are welcome to leave, IMO. It makes their efforts easier.

June 17th appears to be an important date for GNCP, and hopefully NMGL will soon follow up with getting current.

In order to get current, they will have to account for the Preferred A's and B's.
