Please keep that over on the other board. One sentence bashing lines dont belong here. Thats why we moved here in the first place, remember?
If you have something legit to be worried about, present it in a way that opens it up for discussion to the rest of the board. Posting crap and putting JMHO doesnt fly here.
Let me tell you what I see and you can let us know if you agree or disagree. First off, I couldnt care less what tomorrow's action will bring. This is a long game. This is an investment. Is it risky? Sure, all start ups are. But the 'fluff pr' you mention is for an event that will kick off September 1st. It hasnt even started yet. Saying anything about it now is careless at best, ignorant and misleading at worst. Connect the dots, look at the big picture, literally.
NYC is the biggest market in the US. Starting there is the right, shrewd move to make. Well executed. We know that LA should be next, followed by Chicago. That covers the three biggest TV markets. We already know SF is a go.
There was no delay with the Punch launch after the purchase. That is great news right there. On September 1st, the company will end its prologue and officially start its journey. If youre worried about tomorrow, you prob bought in too early. Worrying about tomorrow is like looking at a tied ball game at halftime and whinning that the sky is falling and its all over.
