The meeting is close so let's talk about it. In the past the meeting has been for the election of officers. Gerry Lenfest owns 93% of the shares of this company. Any idiot can see the officers will be who ever Gerry says they are. Every time anything like this is said we have those who have attacked this company laughing and remarking about what ever Gerry says goes. I for one have never found anything wrong with that. After the meeting and while ballots are being counted a discussion of the forward plans and actions of the company has taken as long as it took and anyone who had anything to say had an opportunity to speak their mind. When the 200 to 1 split was proposed by Emmitt Hume I had plenty to say and as is understandable had no impact what so ever.

We have weathered that move and from that point it time I feel this company has finally learned they are in a fight. So where do we go from here.

I feel the second half of the meeting this time will be devoted to a discussion of what will and what will not be done to combat the constant presents of those who would turn words and deeds of everyone connected to this company to their agenda of taking this stock price down. It has been going on for years as anyone who wishes to spend the time reading posts from the dark-side will see. I am curtain the company is now aware and prepared to fight. Those at the meeting will be asked to sign a non disclosure document and of course that will be ridiculed by some. Between you and me I don't care what the clowns in these crews have to say. When you are planning an attack strategy it's best not to invite your enemies. Since no one which will include my family will be receiving anything from me about the meeting you can bet if you are not there you will be wasting time asking me. This of course will be turned into "Tell us and if you don't tell us then that means it's all bad". It will be a point by point discussion of what needs to be done and I will get an opportunity to say what I have to say in your defense.
