In other words, what's not in the filings (yet) is in Steve's posts.
We paid JC 150 Million for his contract and the company 135 million to purchase the assets. 285 million total.
There are procedures to remove those shares. It will take a little time and I not want to make an estimate the exact time frame. This is a combination of canceling JC;s shares and the Punch Shares. Once this is done I will be retiring a little over 300 million of my own personal shares.
