Yes it is! I am so tired of the shady EOD and below bid sales! How do we do that? I would really like to know. And if we can't, then it should be illegal, IMO. All those shares went to someone, and it has been MILLIONS of shares over the last few weeks. Maybe someone like Mark Cuban is loading up? Would not surprise me to find out it is something like that. It is no secret that ICPA stock is going to soar. I would be disappointed in the wealthy people in this world if they didn't buy some shares at these levels. People don't become wealthy by ignoring oportunities like this one!
