My thoughts for what it is worth.

I still own millions of shares and my family owns millions of shares. It's good to see Steve posting around here again and it's nice to see the attitude change, maybe he just needed a week to calm down since we were all attacking him after he lost Punch. Well he didn't loss Punch but the longs know what I mean.

VU could be the start of something new. The only problem I see with new is our already inflated O/S and A/S. I understand VU has connections and I also understand board members expect shares, where will these shares come from? We have been promised that no R/S will occur, many here don't believe that, I am sure, and have cut their losses even though they are still posting. Understandable but at this point I have been holding so long it's going to be a win/lose for me. I don't feel like playing games and I am comfortable with where I sit.

I have a couple questions myself though, were the .0002 conversions a mistake or is it going to be fixed like we all thought? Will we not see this change till Q2 comes out or were the conversions really at .0002? The only reason I am bringing this back up is because Q2 will show no revenue again and if the company is still selling shares where will this leave us, the shareholders, after Q2?

I fully understand that Steve is using his own money to finance the company, which is why the conversions happen. The problem with this is it grows our O/S and with no revenue it kind of kills the PPS.

I will be honest that I have not been following the company as much as I should have since the Q1 fiasco. ZERO revenues after an upfront that said all our revenue would be posted in Q1. This was from JC's mouth and Steve's. Now I get what happened afterwards with the casting blame on each other and the fact that JC split from the company and did indeed try a hostile take over (It's a good thing he didn't understand how the SEC works because trust me when I say having JC over Steve would have been a lot worse for our PPS). I don't blame Steve for that, I will continue holding my millions of shares because at this point and PPS there is no real reason to sell them. I just hope Steve learns from this experience, (IMO mistake), and doesn't leave a controlling partner with all of our revenue checks. We now have a CFO/President that Steve appointed from what I understand. Yes, she doesn't exactly have a perfect background but then again neither does 90% of board members on fortune 500's.

I mean seriously look at how Bill Gates started and now he spends his life trying to make up for what he did in the 80's/90's. That is just one example of MANY.

Lets now talk about the CV deal. Yes, we are on CV and we do have a foot in the door. What many here don't understand is we only own 1/3 of one show on CV. When original numbers were given, I believe the figures were based on 3 shows being aired on CV, not one let alone a show we only own 1/3 of. This isn't bashing these are facts. Hopefully with VU and popper programming, because lets face it Punch was never going to get more shows on CV, we will be able to create a stronger relationship with people like CV.

I am still not sure what happened with the Doctors offices or PRN, although I assume we are still on PRN we really don't know. Steve had mentioned the PUNCH name being less of an asset than what he originally thought, we are all human and we know he was trying to transition into T.V.. I can say this though unless Punch was creating a more broad audience shows we were never going to get that deal signed and in, the Doctors offices, with Punch programming. I mean seriously guys we were targeting one demographic where statistics show 75% (Rough Guesstimate based off people I talked to in doctors offices that carried similar set-ups) of the demographic doesn't go to doctors offices that CV would even be in.

I would also like to point out that wasn't racist, that's statistics. Hopefully VU will be the real deal and Steve wont make the same mistakes in trusting others to oversee operations without checking in every few weeks.

I never like punch from the start, I never watched any of their shows, but I supported it because it was a foot in the door for something bigger.

Now we are launching VU and going back to what I originally invested in and that was Brandon Gibson, no offense Steve. Brandon has connections and knows the TV world. He does more behind the camera and in front than more people realize.

This being said we are a completely different company now than when I originally invested. Do I wish I took the million $$$ paycheck when we went over 4 cents....Sure but who would have thought in a little over a year we would have fallen so far and things would have turned out like this. The bashers on lie hub will tell you they knew the whole time but they didn't because most of them didn't come around till after the massive break down in the PPS, coincidence? I don't think so since they do nothing but talk to each other everyday. No one has a magic 8 ball that tells them what is going on and no one can predict the future.

I still think one day we will climb over 52 week highs and land another big company. I am patient, the question is are you?
