Here's the thing about DF 'allowing' release or no

Here's the thing about DF 'allowing' release or not. The sponsor company/research institution contract was completed and signed well before the first patient entered the trial. Leo has know since at least last summer whether or not the contract gave him or DF that specific p21 pr. Since he has said he would tell us, and since he is no dummy and knows the content of their contract - it is too late for him to backstep and scapegoat DF with a 'they won't let me'. He has known the rules of disclosure from the beginning. In an open PhI, the sponsoring company has the most say in disclosure preference, the hired research team less. Even if DF gave unusual pressure for control of such - that was delineated in the contract and has been well known to Leo for some time, since before trial initiation. Contracts are not changed midway.
