Yeah for me its all about capital preservation and picking the very best stocks I can and the more disclosure a company provides the better. Audited fins are now mandatory for me to invest in a micro cap stock. I still own 1M zero cost average shares of HHSE from the last 2 years or so of trading the runs so no need for me to add more shares until the audited fins are posted and uplist is completed. My personal requirements of micro cap companies have changed for the better and OTCQB is the absolute lowest from now on and OTCBB or higher is actually preferred. Instituional investors like mutual funds cannot invest in anything lower than OTCBB and that means they cannot invest in OTCQB stocks. I hope Eric and Fred are aware of that and uplist to the better of the two options, or list on both.
