Look like ETRF got shares at .0004 then immediatel

Look like ETRF got shares at .0004 then immediately list 2 million at .0005   he has been doing this since .0008 .  He is willing to use 2 million out of 7 million he got to block at .0005 ( and make profit too of course) so he can get more shares at .0004       He didn't sit at ASK at .0005 before because he probably didn't want to lose shares he got at .0005 and didn't think he could get shares at .0004    Now he got shares at .0004 so he can do this trick again and again.
