Yes, the 10Q was filed over 2 weeks ago making it old news! Currently the permits are "current news".
But we realize your need to dredge up anything negative you can on SIRG and that's all you can find. It takes money to open a mine and all SIRG investors are well aware of the fact that banks are not lined up outside SIRG's headquarters with open wallets. SIRG like hundreds of junior mining companies is forced to use equity funding to get to production. But they continue to create shareholder value by increasing the value of their mining property by procuring the necessary permits.
At least by now you know that SIRG is a real mining company with 100% ownership of a copper mine in NW Arizona!
