First of all nobody was in a private placement with the company. To set the record straight, there are a few of us large shareholders from buying in the open market who loaned CYBK directly money and those loans are in the process of being paid back. POS Bashers/Short Sellers with an axe to grind will soon get their a$$es handed to them with the coming launch of the profitable private companies rolling into the CYBK shell via the S-1 filing accompanied by audited financials. Short POS bashers can all go eat CHIT and Die for all I care ! We will squeeze them real good here anyways. Its all good.
