not unless they got straight in and out of Anchorage w 23000 tons fert without any waiting-we've seen extensive waiting at Ensenada=Anchorage might have a fert processing plant though unlikely -
I'll bite my foot if the tiny community of Unalaska- focused on fishing- and plenty of natural fert from fish processing- does
