Easement will not be a month. All they have to do is record in their books or whatever that we will be digging at the site and it's approved. COE, Easement and Phase 3 could all be any day so I do not know the order and if I did I probably would not say anyway.

When you say "where is the phase 2 permit?" for third site, do you mean you don't believe phase 2 has already been approved on third site? Maybe you can call Heartland and ask them about it.

As far as Juno goes, with the new turbos on the Iron Maiden, they are experiencing cavitation when they use the blowers. This has limited their depth of blowing. Still enough to uncover treasure on sites 2 and 3 but not enough for Juno. New props have been ordered and will be installed shortly.  Just one thing after another on that poor site.
