Virtual Sourcing, Inc. hires new corporate President and Directors to facilitate its change of direction

Virtual Sourcing, Inc. has hired Terry Tyree as President and he has accepted a seat on the Board of Directors. Mr. Tyree brings focus to our recently developed change of business direction, one which provides recycling services as well as development and manufacturing of sustainable products from recycled fiberglass waste.
Mr. Tyree has managed several large development projects for various companies with an emphasis on structural, organizational and daily management of operations plus product marketing.
The company has also seated Karen Bybee on the Board of Directors.
Ms. Bybee holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Business Management and has been active in the fiberglass industry and related resin utilization for several years. She has been instrumental in producing fiberglass formulations for use in boat and trailer manufacturing.
She brings the company a unique ability to deal with product engineers from the various fiberglass manufacturers and other fiberglass end-users in order to create marketable products from their waste.
The company expects to begin searching for joint ventures and other partners immediately, and for building and storage sites in the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus on North Carolina in Summer 2013. These sites will house our storage of materials for recycling and manufacturing operations using the recycled materials.
Further information on the change of direction will be forthcoming as conditions warrant. Industry acquisitions and licensing agreements will be forthcoming with major announcements expected soon.
Norman Birmingham has resigned from all positions held, effective with Mr. Tyree's acceptance of the position as President. There was no disagreement between the company and Mr. Birmingham. The company would like to thank him for his service during a turbulent time in our history created by the actions of and subsequent resignation of the prior President and Chairman of the Board of Directors in August 2012.
