LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jun 4, 2013) - As part of the kick off to The Venetian and The Palazzo's summer-long Carnevale festival, Mario Batali announced the upcoming opening of his and Joe Bastanich's new restaurant -- B&B Burger & Beer.
Opening this September in The Venetian Las Vegas, B&B Burger & Beer's casual 120-seat interior dining room will feature bright colors and more than 20 televisions for sports fans. Outside, there will be a 2,000 square foot outdoor, 100-seat patio facing Las Vegas Boulevard.
In true Batali & Bastianich style, the atmosphere can only be trumped by consistently delicious food. To that end, the menu will feature local ingredients and the beer-driven beverage menu will be comprised of beers from Las Vegas and Southern California craft breweries. The burgers will be made from Carnevino's high-quality American beef, served on a perfectly charred bun, with signature sides, robust salads, and standout shakes.
