There is one other way to attack this. You could claim this as a criminal enterprise or Ponzi Scheme. You'd have to have an asset to show there is money being held/hidden that you had a Real claim to.

The problem you have with that is, the 1000's videos and pictures I have showing work being done all over Texas and in Belize as recently as yesterday.
