Hello All Board Members,

I wish to inform this board that Hollund Industrial Marine did respond today to our questions and concerns. The letter they sent was lengthy, and every single question and concern was indeed addressed. The Hollund team appears upbeat and confident about the future, and they speak of major events that could change the company's outlook for the better (and investors as well). However, they cannot be specific without a public press release announcing what will or has transpired. It sounds like much is happening behind the scenes, as one might expect.

Hollund still intends to reduce the share structure as much as possible, but no agreement is in place for the Class C shares at this time. The Hollund team suggests that a major event could allow Hollund to do something truly spectacular, but cannot comment further. Hollund still hopes to up-list later this year, and they do hope to have concessions and harvest underwater timber in 2013. Hollund management is open and willing to communicate to investors, but they want investors to know and understand that no information will be given that is not publicly disseminated.
