Unless you are overweight TECO already I believe all longs should buy everything up to .03 then let the market figure out that we deserve a double up !   Let the dumb money or momentum stockers take it to.05-.10 where we at minimum should be already.  If  it take 1000 bpd for big buyers to take interest we are a world away from a 1.00 but all it takes is one mega strike !  Till then move em up move'em over and move em in ........1  Well at a time !   Granted ... 1 week from now I could feel differently but IMO this theory maximizes gains and minimizes risk.  I just want to be positioned properly when our #'s hit the market and I don't mean from Q1   but whats coming out of the ground now and going forward !

The 1st 2 quarters can and probably will keep this under .25 but I forsee a new all time high by EOY ... This is bullish but far from unreasonable.  Better yet on this board I don't have to explain to a dumbass basher or newbie how or why we'd get to .25    !!! Dominos guys ????
