At least as far as TECO board goes.

I'm Betting TECO'S attorney has won a lot more cases than he lost
and this is a slam dunk for TECO. And things might get really
interesting with the follow up lawsuits for tortious interference.
sure hope your not one of the litigants as it could get very expensive
for them. Maybe they'll have to file their own personal BK7's.
