The early data we received so far has been the PK/PD results came back positive, though we had already been given that info. We know by now that the human liver is tolerating Kevetrin well and that is always a major concern in any trial as experts have said it can't be taken as a given no matter the animal results, and the fact that the patients appear to be doing well this long after starting the trial. That is about all we can expect at these low dosages IMO. p21 would be great but it is not a factor this early in the trial for me to worry if it hasn't shown up yet. Due to the info we received around IDEAS, that DF wanted more samples to test, I do think they have seen evidence of it, but that is either a gut feeling or just a wished for result.
I naturally focus on the positive and IMO we had plenty of positive news to buoy my confidence.
