iTalk Inc. signs Letter of Intent to acquire Global Toll-Free Service Provider My800online, Inc.
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. , June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iTalk Inc. (OTCQB: TALK) (OTCBB: TALK) ("iTalk" or the "Company"), a global provider of advanced communications and mobile broadband services, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire My800online, Inc., an established global residential and business toll-free telephone service provider. "Through this acquisition, we plan to increase our cloud based product coverage to provide our existing and new customers with more of the necessary tools and capabilities to effectively compete in a rapidly expanding technology marketplace," stated David F.
