thats apparently because Brad (Navial) and Ivonne (title holder to Navials concessions and possibly Brads Mex national wife-which used to be required for title holding) are the SELLERS of up to 56% of Navials 1.15 million acres to Mayen/RIFT-
I thought Brad was present non selling owner of 1.15 million acre concession and thus confused him w Mayen and RIFT and could not see Brads involvement in Mayen and Rift apart from this transaction-they certainly dont make ferreting this stuff easy and stocks are not my thing
the sale is proceeding in stages w Mayen- now RIFT-(an arms length party to Brad and Ivonne-so sellers-w Mayen/Rift as buyer) having to raise the money in stages to buy up to 56% of Brad and Ivonnes interest in the NAVIAL concessions-I work 24/7, esp now-so is that what u see guys?
so Brad /Ivonne are selling up to 56% interest in their huge 1.15 million plus acres Navial concessions. Though Brad /Ivonne have money in their own right, Mayen and Rift do not (and since on TSX/V exchange not listed by otc or yahoo or most American brokers)
but the money Brad /Ivonne receive in tranches from Rift,in addition to their own personal wealth, could possibly be invested in CWRN
it looks like Brad/Ivonne want an operating mine, which would thus be the flagship of their huge concession empire
