Well, perchy picked my pick, ICPA!! So, I'll have to go with my #2 choice, GALE (unless this is just for OTC or pinks?).
GALE closed Friday at $1.89. The biggest catalyst is recently getting patent approval on it's lead drug, NeuVax. I believe that patent firmly puts it in line for buyout or partnership, now that profits are in the bag until 2028. I think it'll retest highs very soon, possibly this week (and if not this week, soon).
