the plus side of storms we are coming out of depression drought for 6 or 7 years, the pendullum swings and we have already reaches our annual rainfall. Dont buy the short term crap look at a 50 or 100 or 150 year cycle to see the reality weather is still way to complex for us to figure@n this point.
