Yeah a morning PR would benefit this one. Im assuming the next PR will be about the merge completion. Maybe an update on the product promo. MM manipulation wont stop until volume crushes them. People are so easy to fool sometimes. They will manipulate this as long as they dont have enough real shares to profit from. I beleive the company should consider a name change with this merger. When you change the name all shares must be accounted for. That would eliminate the chill as well. I say that like its easy 
Hopefully CEOs attorney has knowledge of this. A shareholder friendly stock split would also remedy this and the CEO wanted to do one initially but it was a crappy 1 for 100. He elected to reduce the O/S instead to appease DTCC to get the chill off imo. If i were him id do a 1 for 5 split and reduce the A/S to 600 mil just to screw the MMs over. LOL
