Below is the only Sticky Post I had on the toer board. I was notified today that the author wanted it taken down.
I think TD wanted it taken down as it exposes the truth behind his post's. He twists and rewords all posts to meet his agenda. And got called out on it.
YOU HERE THIS TD or RHONDA ... You've been busted. Your posts are useless. Unfortunately we are so Fricken Sensored on that board so you and the Klan can continue your attempt to degrade Teco's attempt at becoming successful.

The Judges judgment didn't apply to just offshore. It actually applied to 6 Offshore PSAs
The judgment he gave said that the concessions were illegal, null and void was based on the fact that a proper
EIA was not done (before awarding the concession) and that the concessions were awarded without using
a competitive bidding process also awarded to company's that may not be qualified to do the work or have the resources to deal with a emergency.
And are you saying that Treaty just up and walk away and left the hole in a environmentally unsafe state?
