Oh! You HAD to do the pizza thing again, didn't you!? And brick oven too! Argh!
When ctix comes in - I will have some brick oven pizza. Absolutely plain - with just fresh creamywhite mozzarella, sliced not shredded, fresh basil leaves lightly crushed, deep green olive oil lightly drizzled, light scattering fresh garlic, in-season heirloom tomatoes as the bed for the rest of the ingredients.
It'll be worth the wait.
