I'm not sure... I just see it as a way for them to make quick cash by diluting shares... Its faster than waiting for the market to eat them up.... The ability to have them gobble up 100 million shares at a time .... anywhere up to 200 million..... with A/S as O/S.... It makes them more than selling 100 million block on the market too... Because then it is a firm agreed upon value at 9% less..... so, its the best way to dilute.... and its the best way to do toxic financing... as far as I see..
Which is exactly what dilution is..... The difference between a good entry and a bad entry on a venture stock is being able to predict when the dilution VS gain is at an acceptable level
Our entry was bad.... But at the same time, the value of this stock is 2c. Dont care what the charts say, and my valuations at various levels still hold true----- I`m just annoyed by my current low prices.
I`m thankful it is this low at the same time though, otherwise I would not have such massive gains when it does take off. the lower that average gets... the more I make. This low price is an opportunity, not a curse.
