Brad Resnickbrand new player, owner of Navial Mining who happens to be involved in other mining projects in mexico. He certainly wouldnt take over a non existant company, or get involved at a top level with it and its remaining litigation baggage if it werent an absolute no brainer.

So, we now have a company controlled by a "legit non crook" CEO with a POR in place, meaning financials are on their way with a likely uplist. We will see something significant within 60 days time. This company CWRN/PANAM/KILAWI has tens of millions of tons of confirmed ORE, with the likelihood of a BILLION or Exponentially more still to be proven, on just one of its concessions. Remember 1 section of one side of one vein was 13million tons. Thats 140million conservative, up to 200 or more high end, on one part of one vein. Do people get these insane numbers?! Its so good that the company is leaving the gold and silver in the ore because its not worth seperating. Its estimated up to 30grand of gold goes out on each shipment of ore.

We are the first company in the history of mankind on the planet Earth in the solar system of the Milky Way Galaxy to ship Iron Ore out of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, North America, Earth, and now we are also the first to do a Panamax size ship(70,000 tons for likely 7-10million in revenues in a 50-60 profit margin industry), at a port that was only recently dredged to allow ships that size, basically accomodating our company. The port also has added a monster mobile crane to help with loading. We have our own specific spot reserved as well, so as we start doing more regulr shipments, the port will also become more badass at doing their job.

We have hundreds of thousands of tons in inventory that we know of back at the mine, be it regular or fertilizer grade. We can make money shipping fertilizer, selling concrete mix, and can even produce a pelletize plant down the road. Our waste products can generate 50-300 bucks a ton depending how its processed...our waste.

The company is virtually debt free or is now debt free, as arriving financials will confirm.

When the rest of the overburden is removed, something they have been assaulting for years with multiple dozers and excavators, they will have a solid ball of iron all in one place. They will be able to sell it as fast as the ships can arrive. We can add equipment at will, which is what happens when each single sale generates multi-multi-million dollar revenues and profits. But we really dont need that much more. We have a couple monsters in every category, but I expect well probably get some behemoth once we have a huge open area uncovered. Oh yea, and its Grade A fricken stuff too.

1 million tons is 100million dollars Conservative, with at least 50 million in profits, again conservative. That would be one panamax every 4 weeks, and it should be possible to double that (or more) in short order. Starbucks PE is 39, so what do you think a profit machine expanding junior miner will be? Especially given its lower labor costs, close proximity to port as far as trucking goes, and geographically closer to China than many of the big ore suppliers. And our customer just happens to be Bao Steel, the largest, and government owned Steel producer (with a ten billion dollar expansion planned) in the fastest growing country, a country
that uses 60percent of the worlds steel and will be an importer forever as it has almost no supply of its own. So long term prospects for the company are better than just about every industry out there. We supply the building blocks of civilization.

This volcano is ready to erupt.
